The working principle of packing machine are as follow:
1. Arrange the packing bags evenly on the sealing strip and place them under the pressing strip.
2. With a vacuum chamber closed and a little pressure applied, the whole packaging process from vacuum, sealing, printing and air return is controlled by electrical automatic program at one time.
3. When one vacuum chamber works, another vacuum chamber can place articles. After one vacuum chamber returns to zero, the upper vacuum chamber can be moved to another vacuum chamber to make the left and right chambers work alternately.
4. In the process of work, if abnormal phenomenon is found, press the emergency stop button to return air in advance and work again.
5. When the work is suspended, put the lock switch at the "off" position. When it stops using, cut off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning.

The faults and maintenance of packing machine:
1、 Causes of low vacuum: pump oil pollution, too little or dilution; pumping time is too short; exhaust filter blockage treatment method: clean the vacuum pump, replace the vacuum pump oil; extend the pumping time; clean or replace the exhaust filter.
2、 Causes of big noise: the coupling of vacuum pump is worn or broken; the exhaust filter is blocked or the installation position is not correct; there is air leakage treatment: replace the vacuum pump; clean or change the exhaust filter and install it correctly; check whether the solenoid valve has air leakage and eliminate it.
3、 Causes of vacuum pump oil injection failure: suction valve 0-ring falls off; rotating disc wear treatment method: pull out the vacuum pipe on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the pressure spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re insert it into the groove, and then install; replace the rotating disc.
4、 Causes of vacuum pump oil leakage: the oil return valve is blocked; the oil window is loose; treatment methods: remove the oil return valve and clean; after oil discharge, remove the oil window and wrap with raw material tape or thin plastic film.
5、 Causes of vacuum pump oil fume: exhaust filter blockage or pollution; pump oil pollution; oil return valve blockage treatment methods: clean or replace exhaust filter; replace new oil; clean oil return valve.
6、 Causes of non heating failure: heating strip is burnt out; heating time relay is burnt out; heating line is burnt out, and heating transformer is broken. Treatment methods: replace heater; replace heating line and install firmly; replace heating transformer.
7、 Causes of failure: the cooling time relay is broken; the circuit of the vent valve is short circuited; the vent valve is stuck or burned out. Treatment methods: replace the time relay; find and connect it; remove and clean or replace it.
8、 Causes of bubble bag failure: the pressure valve is broken or blocked; the pressure air circuit is not smooth at the same time; treatment methods: replace or clean the pressure valve; straighten and dredge the pressure circuit.
